lownet construction using excel spreadsheet

Could any one tell me where I can find helps on construction of flownet using Excel spreadsheet?

Contact ASCE. Civil Engineering magizine had an article on how to use spreadsheets to construct flownets. Spreadsheets have become more sophisticated but basics are still basics. The article was printed about 1986 or 1987.
