There is a nice Java applet that gives the seismic coefficients based on zip-code. Is there a similar web site for lowest one-day mean temperature?

I'm not aware of one for the lowest one day temp. Is the seismic coefficient applet that you refer to updated for the Addendum 4 methods? Is it available for download anywhere? Thanks.

Addendum 4 has been updated to match seismic data as currently used for building design- which is why that info is available online.
