I have an application that requires metal tubing with lower radiopacity than Type 304 stainless steel. Mechanical properties approching annealed Type 304 are required. Aluminum, copper and nickel are not acceptable because of biocmpatibility. Any suggestions?

wouldn't the titanium alloys have decent biocompatibility and be more transparent to x-rays?
