I am looking for a low cost solution (<$1400) to image analysis.
Looking to do things with image files such as creating perimeters around objects, calculating surface areas, finding angles, etc, with a single program.

Any feedback would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance

I doubt you'll see much pro software cheaper than that

However this matlab equivalent is free, plus you get to write your own functions

Try to look at "info@fdsresearch.si".They provide image analysis systems, like online particle size and shape analysis. They have software for quality control based on image analysis.
I am using particle size analysis.
