Lost my Toolbars on Microsoft Word

A nuisance question but here goes;

I can't get my Drawing toolbar (plus others) to open.

I've tried View/Toolbars but there are only 4 toolbars there to choose from. I checked on an other computer and the whole list is here. I tried view/toolbars/custom also but to no avail.

It is Word 2000 version.

Any way to bring these back. I have tried the HELP function.

Try Help | Detect and Reapir....

You will probably need the CD's

Delete the Normal.dot file and restart your computer. This helps sometimes.
