Lost ability to edit material 1

In a part, when I right click on material in the feature tree, I can no longer edit the material. The only options that pop up are hide/show, collapse and customize.
How do I turn this back on.

I recently experienced that problem at home with SW13 after updating to SP2. My works computer did not have the problem.
I tried a repair of SW, but that didn't work. My solution was to reset the SolidWorks registry key.
