I'm in day two of learning SPI. I've received an overview but found no tutorial in the documentation/tutorial folder. As we await tech support on this issue, I was hoping someone could answer my question.
The problem we are experiencing is a loss of process data. In the process data module, selecting okay to exit line properties (w/ or w/o changes) will erase all process data for that line. Editting the table in browser view (including user defined fields) causes a loss of process data even if we choose not to save changes. We know process data values need to be checked when we make line property changes but don't think this is normal.
Does anyone know how to work around this?
