I'm looking into designing children's furniture, I know the basics of Pro E and now I'm ready to implement some of my ideas.

I want to cut, shape, wood and foam for furniture, can you guys please recommend machines that work with Pro E to manufacture these on smaller scales? My budget is around $3000 and the largest item I am cutting is approximately 15'-20" and want to produce at least 50x items per week. Initially I think I will only need 2D cutting.

Please, point me in the right direction.

We have a CNC router that is great for 2D and limited 3D. It can cut plastic, wood and non-ferrous metals (aluminum and brass for sure). It's called a ShopBot http://www.shopbottools.com/

Got any used one's? I only can spend around $4000.. Maybe more depending on what I'm getting.
