Looking for the z-13 spline

I am working on a motorcycle and need some custom sprockets. The counter shaft spline is a z-13. I'm struggling trying to get anyone in the industry to make this sprocket in a custom 20T and 21T configurations

Does anyone here have a .dxf sketch of the spline that I could use to finish drawing up my own Front sprockets for the local CNC shop to machine and finish for me.

Splines are formed with a broach. This is not a CNC operation. You need to find a shop with broaching experience. You will need to purchase or rent the broaching tool. You cannot broach steels that are hardened above ~45C. The sprocket may need to be broached prior to heat treatment and then lapped afterwards. Using a maraging steel such as 4340 results in less distortion and may not require lapping after heat treatment.

It could be done with wire EDM - we did a very nice gear this way in hardened steel (it's been 30 years, so forgive not recalling the specific alloy, but the inner diameter of the gear was also the bearing race.)

give me the spline data and I can create the spline dxf if it is a standard involute spline teeth.

yes it can be machined with wire CNC , for small , expensive lot

z-13 isn't a spline specification, it's just the number of teeth.
