Looking for some structural dynamics experts

Can anyone advise me on who are considered the top five or so experts (either individuals or consulting firms) in the field of structural dynamics? I'm mainly interested in expertise with respect to designing structures to withstand accidental explosions. I'm located in the Eastern U.S.

Appreciate any advice you can give.

Weidlinger in NY is a well respected firm for progressive collapse and blast design

I don't know that structural dynamics and blast design are synonomous fields, either.

My Structural Dynamics professer is probably capable of helping. His specialty when I was in Grad School (late '80s) was vehicular collisions and airbags. There is a lot of S.D. that goes into that. His name is Prof. Walter Pilkey, PhD. @ the University of Virginia in the Applied Mechanics Department. Good Luck

For your reference, you may want to obtain a copy of "Design of Blast Resistant Buildings in Petrochemical Facilities." It is available from the American Society of Civil Engineers.
