Looking for NX10 training book

Can anyone recommend a book for helping with NX10 CAM programming. I have done the training course, but am now using it for real and struggling to get it to do what I need.

Thanks. I have been trying the various examples available in NX, and the help menus. This link should help as well. Would still like a book though. Is there an "NX for Dummies" or similar?
