Looking for more info on the Benz m291 engine

Hey, I was looking at some flat V12 engines, and found the Benz m291. The head design is what interests me most. I'm thinking about coming up with something like this for a EG33 Subaru flat 6. All i can find is one grainy picture. does anyone have more info on the head design for this engine?

Sorry, I guess I wasn't specific enough. I have seen those pages, but there isn't really any specific info, and the one diagram really doesn't show the head design clearly.
