Looking for help with abbreviations I saw in DP#15123

Do not no what this abbreviation stands for: "LTM" was posted in federal Project No. EB-NHP-0155(107). It was posted in this comment" It appears that a majority of the existing concrete will need to be removed to get to the bottom of the "LTM" Would like to no what "LTM" stands for

What does the comment "It appears that a majority of the existing concrete will need to be removed to get to the bottom of the LTM" refer to? A foundation wall? A slab on grade? An elevated concrete slab? If it's the latter, is this a slab on steel beams or is this a reinforced concrete structure?

Perhaps the total context would be helpful in revealing the meaning. This project covers both pavement and a bridge, so either might give a clue.

I hate acronyms used without a definitions section.

My imaginations says "...remove the concrete to get to the Lovely Treasure, Matey". But it's probably project specific and not a standard abbreviation.

After a bit of google-fu I've come up with this: LTM = load transfer media

Never heard of it before.
