hi
i am a new user to ansys cfx. i have used extensively ansys multiphysics and the 2d vof simulation.
I want to extend my analysis to a 3d fluid problems. In my case "A droplet being ejected from a circular orifice on the end of a circular pipe" transient analysis pressure loading. I have attached the cfx pre model if anyone can help me with it.
I have gone through the ansys tutorials in the pdf documentation supplied with the software but i find them not very good in explaining things. The geometry and meshing creation i am fine with, but the main problem at the moment i am having is how i apply the boundary condition and domain setups correctly and also post processing of results 3d colour plots and movies .
I find the ansys tutorials are great in explaining the former but poor in explaining the latter.
Any web searches i have found only explain 2d problems which i can already can do in ansys multiphysics.
Can anyone recommend good 3d fluid cfx tutorials which explains thing in better detail or even look at the attached file for me, in which i don't know how to apply a transient pressure load.
thanks
