Looking for Generic RAM Memory Gerber Layer Data

I am doing research on development of RAM memory and the differences between PCB Layout and board design. Does anyone know where I can find Gerber Layer data on each layer of a RAM memory stick. Any layer data would do, gerber is perferred. I am looking a layer design vs. circuit design between all facits of memory. Thanks in advance.
