Looking for DIN form factor blank out plate source

I've been looking (so far, unsuccessfully) for DIN-sized blank out plates - 1/16 DIN, in this case - similar in function to the Hoffman Hol-Tite (TM) line of plugs used to blank out circular holes.

There appear to be several sources of adaptor plates (for instance, from 1/4 to 1/16 DIN), but none that simply blank out an empty hole.

These blank-outs should be easy to install, paintable, self-centering, and gasketed.

Anybody know of a company making such a beast?
