I am interested in this kind of technology therefore I have a few question that I am going to apreciate that please you will answer me (I am talking about small printers to hobbies or to do work at home)

1) In the current market of 3d printer which are the recommended for works of high and mid quality and prices? (small printers to work at home)
2) What are the main specifications that I need to know to choose and buy a 3d printer?
3) I will appreciate any information you want to give me

There -are- quite a number of rankings of 3D Printers from experienced users and testers. I've seen quite extensive rankings based upon price, quality/precision, finish, capacity/size, etc.
