Looking for a USBR Type IX Baffled Chute CAD detail

I went through the BOR Design of Small Canal Structures (1987) and I will be using a Type IX baffled apron drop chute as an inlet structure to the bottom of a small reservoir with a HDPE liner. I have all the needed dimensions but don't want to have to start from scratch on the CAD detail. Anyone have a CAD detail they could send me that I could modify? I am also looking for a CAD detail for a Type 2 Concrete Transition (pipe to channel).
