Hi all
I am curious if there are any coating, mortars, or grouts that can be used in a high heat ( up to 300 C ) which receives steam and low ph from a blow off tank. Can any one suggest a repair product that would work in this environment. This is in NZ so some products are not available here.

Thanks Pierreick. We are a Sika and Fosroc certified installers as well multiple other brands. We also do a lot with custom concrete mixes. I am looking for other solutions that could possibly be an option for future projects also we have clients that have a few of these environments that regularly need repair. I know there are concrete mixes that are used for foundry or kiln applications but would not be suited for a repair application or a coating application.

Low pH is not good for concrete due to it's alkalinity... You should talk to some coating manufacturers.
