looking for a good book on turbocharging

Does anyone have commentary over this book:

I am a hobbyist, who is looking more detailed info than what "Corky Bell / Maximum Boost" can offer. Recommendations on any turbo books are welcome.

There was a book a few years ago by MacInnes and it might still be availabe, and for more like $20. It is written for the enthusiast, and I recall an article when he passed on that he was an authority on the subject. Some of these guys I think are just ghost writers mass producing books and don't have any real knowledge of their own. At least you would wonder by the names some of them go by.
