Long time recurrent Issue - Export NX85 100000 parts assembly to Aveva Plant Software

Our contractor is requesting a file less than 100Mb in size to re-import in his plant software Aveva.
Fully detailled assembly required. Any idea on how to proceed ?
PS: a Step file is far above 200Mb...
