Does any one have technical specification of long radius bends(made of carbon steel/alloy steel/stainless steel) which covers all inspection/design requirements? thanks in advance

So you're just looking for someone to give you free engineering? Not sure if you're grasped what this site is about. Your other fairly brief questions indicate a junior engineer, but asking for free engineering like a specification is frowned upon here and I hope no-one provides you with one. Your company really should have one from past projects or your supervisor should be issuing one.

The global specification for long radius bends is ASME B 16.9.

Remember - More details = better answers
Also: If you get a response it's polite to respond to it.

This is probably not your industry but it will help you understand the factors that go into long radius pipe bends and testing requirements:

Design

Testing

This is a good read to help senior engineers understand the plight of new-comers to the profession.

I used to count sand. Now I don't count at all.

B16.9 is a start, Piping codes also have requirements for pipe bends wall thickness. B16.9 requires sample elbow proof testing, whereas the piping codes have design rules for pipe bends.
