Hello everyone,
Anyone know of either a built in report that shows log-in access and times in the system or a way to create one? I know ptcstatus shows when users are in at a given moment. I am trying to figure out which departments are the heaviest users. For example User A was in the system for 4 hours; User B was in for 8 hours. Then I can total up the times by department.
Is this feasibile / doable? Any ideas or suggestions are appreciated and thanks in advance!
