Loctite 572 vs Loctite 567

Why Loctite 567 is selected over Loctite 572 for stainless steel ?
What are the advantages and disadvantages ?

Ask loctite

Google will get you datasheets for those quite easily. Doing so will give you a ds for 567, which in part reads: "... The high lubricating properties of this
compound prevent galling on stainless steel, aluminum and all other metal pipe threads and fittings...
