Location class for B31.4

Why ASME B31.4 has no mentions to location class as in B31.8? This question arose during the conceptualization of a 65 mile length, 26” OD, NGL pipeline project

Nope, liquid lines are all .72 design factor, equal to class 1. Even through downtown NYC. You may elect to increase wall thickness (lower factor) for HCA reasons though.
