Hi. I simulated an oil field with 3 well in pipesim. the wells are low pressure wells. anyone know how can i find the best location for the pumps? (consuming that the reservoir Specification like GOR is changing with time)

Mostly a hit and miss solution. (Design by experts, minimises the misses.) You start with somewhere at the centroid of all the well locations based on trying to minimise the costs of well_flowrates X pipeline_distance table to the CPF. Do the same for water supply if you need water injection.

--Einstein gave the same test to students every year. When asked why he would do something like that, "Because the answers had changed."

it's called field design.

For three wells it's pretty simple - put a pump on each well or put a pump on the manifold. Far too many variables to make a guess here.

And if your GOR is changing then your design needs to be able to change as well.

And define "best"?

Cheapest?
Lowest OPEX?
Greatest flow?
Downhole or surface?
Most flexible?

Remember - More details = better answers
Also: If you get a response it's polite to respond to it.
