Loading on temporary CMP culvert with crushed stone cover

I am looking for a design guide to determine the suitability and minimum stone cover required for a temporary river crossing where CMP culverts are to be used with 1" crushed stone (for the crossing) cover to support a 90 ton truck load. This temporary crossing would be in use approximately 1 month and need to support approximately 5 trucks/hr for 8-10 hrs a day. Any design tools would be greatly appreciated.
