Loaded P3, mouse won't scroll

Got a new Dell. Loaded P3 and my mouse won't scroll, even when I change to my old mouse (which scrolled P3 on my old Dell). :-(
Anybody solved this?

I have used microsoft intellimouse optical and/or explore mice exclusively for there scrolling capabilities in P3 and the additional programable buttons come in handy too.
