Hello, I am working on an SPECIFICATION low voltage 100kW loadbank. Regarding rating, what specification is correct? For example, 3ph 3w or 3ph 4w.

3ph, 4w will allow you to use the load bank for single phase loading.
If your intention is to test the source with symmetrical three phase load, there is no need to connect load star point to the source switchgear, meaning you can specify 3ph, 3w.
