I have been assigned a task to investigate possibility of "dry" load testing a 40 ton water chiller.
The evaporator and condenser water piping to the chiller is being worked on and to avoid any surprises from a decade old shut down of chilled water plant and to do corrective maintenance work in parallel if the chiller malfunctions: load testing of chiller is needed.
Any thoughts?
