We need to do Load Rating for H-20 load for Cast-in-Place Post tensioned box Girder two-span continuous bridge. We have software called "WINBDS" that performs load rating check for only flexural load. I will appreciate if any of you could let me know if you have used software that performs Load Rating check for the Shear Load. Thanks a lot.

We're are attempting to use PLAXIS, a soil oriented program. We are only using the flexural result but the output gives axial and shear as well. I'm a big fan of the moment envlopes but it boils down to the fact, Plaxis is a soil software and the dynamic loading is horable.
Moral to the story : Don't use Plaxis. Try SAP or STADD.
