Load cases for Flange Peq report

Hi everyone,
My question is : is there criteria that allow you to decide which load case to check for Flange Peq report, if there is where i can find those criteria in ASME B31.3 for example.

I believe, this check is not from ASME B31.3. It is from section VIII.
