Does anybody know how to connect a load-bank to a transfer-switch?

I understand that load-bank will be connected at the terminals of the transfer-switch and will be in parallel to generator. Please let me know comments...

I would stay away from the transfer switch. It will be live as the utility supplies the load. Safety and liability issues abound if you are working in a hot transfer switch.
Disconnect the load conductors from the generator breaker and connect there.
