Dear All,

I've just experienced LNG line leakage. This leakage occured at wafer valve gasket of Boil off gas (BOG) drain line. I believe the leakage caused by frequently Emergency shutdown system (ESD) of Loading arm activation during LNG Loading to the ship. Once the ESD is activated, the BOG is flown back to the burnpit (flare) thorugh rundown line where the wafer valve is located. This can cause big back pressure must be handled by the valve and its gasket.
I need your experience/knowledge to be shared in order to carry out the inspection for insulated LNG line without interrupt the operation, especially in how to inspect and frequency of inspection. For your information, our loading facilities including the transfer lines has been operated more than 25 years.

Regards,
