lloking for cooling system for inorganic salts

Hi
I am looking for a cooling system suitable for cooling 1 m3 salty liquor , delta T = 90 - 10 = 80 C
Working PH 3-9
Working with immersed coils or outer rewactor jacket
suitable for all kind of inorganic slats
can you help me ? please advice

If the process is batchwise, you should define the time for the cooling. That will give you the Average heat Rate (Kcal/h). Then look for a chiller with that capacity, I will suggest coils (if the transfer area is similar to jacket) and a glycol-water mixture. This mixture should have less than 0°C to get better results.

I agree - need to know the time frame that is required for the cooling to determine horsepower and square footage of immersion coil. Titanium coils would work, immersion type in helical coil design work best. Custom fabricator who can tell you the hp( expressed as "tons&quot chilling required, etc. is Tank Temp Control in Oregon - 888-960-9090. Talk with Curt Jungwirth.
