Live load Calculations As per Awwa-ASTM-A796

Hi Everybody,

Kindly, I have 2 questions:

1- Could your please tell me how this values of live loads are calculated "considering impact factor of 1.5" - this table is mentioned in AWWA M11 and ASTM-A796?

2- if I have another truck load of SLW-60 as per DIN 1072 with tire pressure of 100kN how I can generate same table as above shown in question 1?
 
I'm not familiar with AWWA, but API RP 1102 lays out ways to calculate loads on pipelines.

What's an SLW-60 when it's at home?

What's tyre pressure got to do with anything?
