Linear Motion equations for trapezoidal move 2

I am trying to calculate the time needed to make (accelerate, constant velocity, decelerate)a move based on weight of load, force, and time. It has been a long time since I have done this and wanted to know if anyone had a spreadsheet or application that I can check my math with.

Try this. It has some fixed cycles (triangular and trapezoidal with 1/3 acc, 1/3 steady-state and 1/3 deceleration) as well as a trapezoidal with varying times.
