Let me ask a clarification of an idea that I have with regard to the analysis tool of ANSYS Mechanical, in particular:

On the basis of the results obtained from a Static Structural contacts where there are superficial (I simulate geometries with welds)I can do follow a linear buckling type of analysis ?

The results I get from this last simulation are reliable?
contact theory analysis has shown that non-linearity, while the tool is called "the linear buckling"

thanks
