Hello professionals
Thank you for your comments. We plan to route potable water to our block where we installed 33kl fermenters and we select pump capacity for 30 m3/hr with 30mtr pump head. The problem is I don't know how much header size would be efficient to fill up the fermenters fast. I have attached my hand sketch for clarity. All of your time is precious so when you have time consider my post again thank you all.

1503-44 sir of course I will start a new thread ASAP 😄 because we are working in the Greenfield project of bio-pharmaceuticals here we don't have seperate design team for piping design and material selection engineers so I am learning a new stuff from this project because my seniors works based on their experience but no any proper design calculation. I respect their experience but I can't trust them blindly so this is the place is really good to ask doubts and sharing knowledge.

@1503, this is the same key question you asked 2x for which there was no response. And an open line to the fermenter means flow is highly variable.

Yes I did, didn't I. I figured I wasn't going to get a response.
