I have a Zone 1 triplex pump and the inlet is 4" 206 and the discharge is 2" FIG 1502

I want to measure the flow and i had only 4" turbine meter, when i rig-up with the line and the flow is not as per the data-book.

How can i get the required flow.

I don't have 2 " turbine meter.

if you have a positive displacement pump a turbine meter will not work as you've discovered,

you'd be better of with pump rpm's

not an easy measurment unless you have flow pulsation dampeners and suitable piping layout
