Limiting temperature for carbon steel API 5L and ASTM A694 F65

Hi All,

Can I have limitng temperatures (max/min) for carbon steel (eg pipe API 5L and forging ASTM A 694 F65)?

Will the above materials are suitable for temperature -80 deg C
