Like member - hole feature

Hi All,

I have tried to lookup, but could not find any help regarding this.

In the attachment, you will notice that I have circled 2 T-Bars.

These are identical parts. I want to make just one drawing for both of these.

If you see, I have activated one of the bar and added holes.
Is there a way I can have the other member show the holes?

Note : I have created this frame using the frame generator.

I dont want to create holes individually in all members if they are identical.

Any comments?
