CAN ANYONE HELP ME WITH "LIGAMENT EFFICIENCY" I HAVE 5mm THK PLATE WITH 40 OFF (4 ROWS OF 10) 50DIA HOLES ON A DIFFUSER, HOW DO I CALCULATE THE DISTANCE BETWEEN THE HOLES TO PREVENT FAILURE?
