Hi
We have Firetrace system installed in our electrical panels since 2017. Some piping are starting to crack. All our electrical rooms are clean, air conditioned. Have any one encounter this issue? Any idea what is the lifetime of the Firetrace tubing? Thanks

One supplier posted:

"The Firetrace® tubing is resilient to cutting oils and unless physically damaged will last between 5-10 Years."

I'd contact Firetrace to see what they have to say.

Is the tubing exposed to UV from fluorescent lighting or ozone from any source? Is there someone who is very picky about cleaning and is using some cleaning solution on them or in the area?
