Licensing catia question

i have a question about the legality of licensing catia v5. lets say you have tech centers around the globe running catia v5, and each tech center has purchased a set number of seats of catia. can one tech center legally use the others seats while it is in the evening hours for another? any help or comments appreciated.

NO it is not legal under the EULA, there are number of companies that have had an expensive bill due to this. It is possible to get multi region licences but these cost n x licence cost where n is the number of regions. Speak to your VAR/Supplier to understand what you have and what you can do with them.
