I think so.

But I also think that they don't actually have any full-time employees. I bet they have a long list of "on-call" experts who work on a contract basis when needed.

At a quick glance:
I was not impressed with one of the small niches that would relate to my world. The presentation of the "experts" resume was great, but there did not appear to be a zeroing in.
Seemed a little “all hat and no cattle”
Maybe kinda like Jason Bourne's group (Treadstone)- you get a global text message and respond.

Their client list is, without a doubt, a well heeled group.
