LED Landscape Lighting Radiated EMI Registers S9 On HF Amateur Radio 2

Radio running on battery power with various High Frequency HF multi-band dipole antennas within 100 foot radius of many 3 Watt LED landscape lights. The 12 Volt DC wiring to the lights is 16 AWG wire lengths up to 30 feet in length suspected of radiating the broadband HF electromagnetic interference.
Only solution to date is to turn the lights off, but possibly some sort of in-line RF filtering at the individual LED light 12 Volt DC connections should be considered? Other options?

Any RF going down those LED power lines is likely due to a SMPS in the main power converter providing the 12V output... fix the leak there and it'll clean up everything else.

use an emi filter. Shunt capacitor, series inductor, shunt capacitor right at the power supply

hook an oscilloscope to the "DC" output, and record what frequency the noise is at. then design a filter to stop it
