" to be or not to be "

It's all pretty popular for those of us trying to survive.

how " BLACK BELT " stacks out in today s market vs engineers?

i see a lot of non engineers making the course and than becoming "experts" .

" to be or not to be "

Those are the types to be wary of (my opinion). They are more likely to act simply as consultants and jump in/out anytime after "stirring the pot". An engineer with 6 sigma in my opinion/experience is likely to dig into a project and resolve problems. Regardless of the training and experience, if the initiatives are not supported by management, they will fail.
