Lattice 1016 CPLD Programming

Hello All!!
I need to program a Lattice 1016 CPLD using an ABEL code, but both the chip and the ABEL software have been discontinued by manufacturers so they no offer any technical support anymore.
I have a license of Synario+ABEL but when I try to generate the JEDEC (.jed) file an erro idicating that a program called "dpm" is missing.
1-Does anybody use Synario-ABEL and have that program?
1-Does anybody know a some shareware or free software to generate the Jedec file?
