Does anyone know of a slope stability method that incorporate the lateral loads on a caisson embedded in a slope? The loads would be acting towards the slope.

I have a sound barrier located on a 16ft embankment that will be supported on caissons. I’ve run a Com624P analysis (using the slope inclination option) to determine a minimum caisson length of 18ft. Since the caisson will be supported almost entirely within the embankment, my reviewer has asked me to run a slope stability analysis incorporating the lateral load associated with the caissons. Not including the caisson loads, I’ve determined a factor of safety of 1.6 (min required FS = 1.5) using GSTABL7 with STEDwin to perform the slope stability analysis. As far as I can tell, this program does not provide an input method for horizontal distributed loads.
